We're not big on legalese, and complicated wording, so listed below are a couple of points that are there largely to protect our arse if we make a mistake!
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us, but apparently that does not constitute a contract. Your order at this stage represents an offer to us to purchase a product or products from us. This is formally accepted only when we debit your card, and despatch goods to you.
Now, the other issue we have to raise is pricing.
Clearly, we aim to always feature the correct price on the website, but mistakes can and do happen.
If we've accidently over priced an item, you'll only be charged the correct, lower price.
But if we've under-priced an item, we may, dependant on the size of the error, have to charge you the correct, higher price. If this happens, we will contact you first.
The final issue we need to address in this Terms and Conditions section is the pricing of goods sent to countries outside the EU.
For these orders, we do not deduct the VAT. All products that we ship outside the EU are VAT free and, as such, the price stated on the website is that of the product exclusive of VAT.
