Metalworking wizard Michael Woolaway has been the man behind Deus' most special custom builds for the last decade and has a list of happy customers which could be mistaken for a Hollywood red carpet guest list. Recently it's the motorcycle and equipment brands that have been beating on the Woolies Workshop door, based in Venice Beach, California. (click on the images above for full scale) This is the latest, released over the weekend at the COTA MotoGP in Texas to celebrate Alpinestars' 55th anniversary - in quite some style. A 1974 Ducati 750 Sport engine that Woolie found brand new and in a crate now hangs from a one-off frame fabricated by C&J founder Jeff Cole. Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes, Marchessini Wheels and an Akrapovič titanium pipe bring the build out of the seventies and bang into the right here and now.
