Chuck's CB750

By Anthony van Someren - 23 Oct 12

  • Category_Shed Builds
Chuck's CB750

Nine months of hard work from Chuck in Florida produced this lovely, old-school cafe racer, based on the evergreen Honda CB750- and all on a budget of $5000. Apart from the end cans, handmade tank and seat (from RocCity Tanks) Chuck did all the work himself, making his own LED instrument light cluster, and re-faced gauges, etc. Final drive gearing was changed, cross drilled rotors, braided lines, retro yellow headlight, re-built and re-jetted carbs, pressure gauges, checkered strips, painted rims... and a lot of shiny metal. Luckily for Chuck he didn't need to get into the internals, as the engine only had 13,00 miles on it, so there's plenty of life ahead for this beautifully rebuilt bike.
