Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Warranty Policies

Our returns policy is for 30 days from the point you take receipt of your order on delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order is delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return instructions will be included with the packing slip included in your order. Please contact us if you have lost said instructions or they weren’t included. Once we have received your return we will attempt to process it as soon as possible but during busy periods, please allow for a delay.
If your return meets all of the criteria and it is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. If being refunded, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment from your order, this can take up to 5 working days to process. If being exchanged we will ship out the replacement that you have requested on the returns form. Please be aware we can only offer exchanges on a size swap for the same item, not a style swap. The Bike Shed Moto Co does not cover returns postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service of your choice as the parcel/items remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back.

Non-returnable items
Helmets, gift cards, underwear and socks, accessories such as hats, caps & phone cases. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, has been damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be analysed at the time of the return, and a return may be processed at our discretion. If you notice your return will go over 30 days, please contact us and we will aim to find you a solution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or original payment method again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, it can take up to 5 working days on occasion. If you’ve taken all of these steps and you still have not received your refund following 5 working days after we have emailed you to say we've processed your refund, please contact us.
Warranty Policy
At the Bike Shed we believe in the quality of our products. We make the gear you’ll want to wear and we wear ourselves. If you have ordered the wrong size or have received an item which is incorrect, damaged or defective please complete the return form and follow the return process.
We provide a 1-year warranty on all of our products, this covers any material or production flaws. Used product returns will be subject to an investigation and will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with your product within the first year of purchase from bikeshedmoto.co.uk, bikeshedmoto.com or from a BSMC store, please email webshop@bikeshedmoto.com with details of the issue and we’ll get you sorted as quickly as possible!
If your product proves to be defective due to manufacturing error it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Bike Shed Moto Co for the practical longevity of the product (Shipping charges may apply). This does not apply to fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
